Although the shipment is usually delivered within 3 to 12 business days, the final delivery deadline for the order is 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address/order information must be done within 3 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won’t be able to update your details nor process you a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us by email. We will review your claim and send you feedback. If the appeal is accepted, you will receive a refund within three days to your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account.

As with our customers, it is also in our mutual interest to ensure that shipments are delivered as quickly as possible. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier strikes causing delays in your shipment, we kindly ask for your understanding as such occurrences are beyond our control. In such situations, the delivery timeframe is extended until the extraordinary circumstances normalize.

We store our product in various locations so the shipment can be sent from the warehouse closest to your address for faster delivery. Currently, we store our product in: USA, United Kingdom, France and Serbia. In the event that the product is out of stock in a particular warehouse, the package will be shipped to your address from the next closest warehouse to your shipping address. By purchasing from our web shop, you agree to these terms of purchase.

Deliveries of packages to Australia & New Zealand may take up to 45 days due to the extended customs processing of shipments. We are working on opening a warehouse with our products in Australia, and until then, we kindly ask our customers for their understanding regarding the longer delivery times.
